This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Monday and Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.20359 of 2023 dated 07.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of four weeks and thereafter, monthly once two times i.e., on the 1st Saturday at 10.30a.m and evening 05.30p.m and thereafter as and when required.
