This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.66 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent/the Inspector of Police, Thiruthuraipoondi Police Station, Thiruvarur District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, would submit that in Crime No.66 of 2018, investigation has been completed and final report has been filed in S.T.C. No.362 of 2021 before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi and the case is ended in conviction.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 02.02.2023 vum Index:yes/No Speaking order / Non speaking order 2/4
