This civil revision petition is filed against the fair and final order dated 06.10.2017 passed in Tr.OP.No.126 of 2016 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruppur. 2.

The petitioners filed petition for transfer of the suit in 1/4

OS.No.98 of 2014 from the file of the District Munsif Court, Palladam to the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tiruppur to club with OS.No.479 of 2014 and for joint trial. The main suit itself in OS.No.479 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tiruppur was disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, appeal is also pending in AS.No.99 of 2019 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Tiruppur.

Therefore, nothing survives in this civil revision petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
