Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the Second Respondent pertaining to the impugned order made in Na.Ka.No.2231/2017/A2 dated 12.09.2017, to quash the same and consequently, direct the Second Respondent to enter the educational qualification acquired by the Petitioner as per the certificates in the service register of the petitioner. This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the order of the 2nd respondent dated 12.09.2017 and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to enter the Educational Qualification acquired by the petitioner as per the Certificates in the Service Register of the petitioner.

submit that the Subsistence Allowance has already been paid and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. In view of the above submission, the relief sought for by the petitioner in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
