This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders as per the order dated 27.09.2022 passed in Crl.O.P.No.23211 of 2022.

2. On an earlier occasion, i.e., on 15.12.2022, this Court has directed the parties to appear before this Court. Pursuant to which, today, both the petitioner and the victim girl along with their child appeared before this Court and submitted that they are living together. Further, submitted that the petitioner is working as a Coolie and maintaining the child.

3. Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
