Respondents [in all W.Ps.] PRAYER in W.P.No.14731 of 2003 : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to permit the petitioners of the third year of the three year B.L. Course [Regular] in the third respondent college to sit for the University examinations to be held in June, 2003 and publish the results therefor.

PRAYER in W.P.No.14732 of 2003 : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to permit the petitioners of the second year of the three year B.L. Course [Regular] in the third respondent college to sit for the University examinations to be held in June, 2003 and publish the results therefor and consequently allow the said students to complete their course fully in the third respondent college. PRAYER in W.P.No.14733 of 2003 : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to permit the petitioners of the first year of the three year B.L.

Course [Regular] in the third respondent college to sit for the University examinations to be held in June, 2003 and publish the results therefor and consequently allow the said students to complete their course fully in the third respondent college. For Petitioners : Mrs.AL.Gandhimathi [in all W.Ps.] For Respondents No.1 & 2 : Mr.T.D.Vasu [in all W.Ps.] For Respondent No.3 : Mr.S.A.Sivaji [in all W.Ps.] C O M M O N O R D E R Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that as the petitioners had already completed their B.L. Course [Regular] by writing their examinations, nothing survives in these Writ Petitions.

2.In view of the said statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, nothing survives for adjudication and hence, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
