This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 08.09.2023 in Crl.OP.No.17721 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Walajapet, weekly once, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till committal and thereafter, before the Sessions Court, weekly once, till framing of charges and thereafter, as directed by the Court.
