ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 308(2), 351(3) of BNS Act (147, 148, 341, 294, 323, 384, 506 of IPC) in Crime No.395 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.2,500/- from him. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that co-accused were released on bail and therefore, he prays to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, reported the petitioner along with other accused waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.2,500/- from him. He further

submitted that there are 10 previous cases of a similar nature pending against the petitioner. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of the allegation and the fact that there are 10 previous cases of a similar nature pending against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
