Dr.Senthil Kumari, IPS, Additional Commissioner of Police, CCB, Chennai, Tmt.N.S.Nisha, IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police, CCB-II, Greater Chennai Corporation and Subbalakshmi, Deputy Commissioner of Police, CCB Tambaram, today appeared before this Court and they stated that, they are not under the control of the present officers, and are under the direct control of the Commissioner of Police, Tambaram and therefore, the presence of the above mentioned officers before this Court is dispensed with.

2. The Commissioner of Police, Tambaram is directed to appear before this Court on 20.12.2023.

3. List the writ petitions for hearing on 20.12.2023 and also for appearance of Commissioner of Police, Tambaram.
