Common Prayer: These Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to

call for the records of the 4th respondent vide proceedings No.Roc.No.24047/2009/A3 dated 30.05.2016 and 31.05.2016 and to quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to pay the petitioner's retirement benefits such as pension, Gratuity, G.P.F. DCRG, and leave salary and all other attendant benefits.

For Petitioner .. Mr. S. Vijayakumar, Senior Counsel For G. Bharadwaj (in both WPs) For Respondents .. Mr. V. Nanmaran, AGP (in both WPs) COMMON ORDER It is contended on behalf of the respondents that the petitioner herein had retired on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.05.2016 and he had also been paid the encashment of leave and unearned leave of personal affairs, SPR and DCRG.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner also made the following endorsement:

"These writ petitions became infructuous. I may be permitted to withdraw the same."

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further issue arises for adjudication. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed. No costs.
