A.No.6018 of 2023 in C.S.DR.No.141384 of 2023 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This application has been filed seeking leave to sue the third defendant herein, who is residing in Nerkundram.

2. The suit has been filed for partition situated within the jurisdiction of this Court except one property situated outside the jurisdiction.

Considering the fact that all other properties are situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and other defendants are residing within the jurisdiction, leave is granted and this application is Ordered as prayed for.
