2.Learned counsel for the respondent in the revision petition submits that he has filed CMP No.24699 of 2019 to amend the name of the revision petitioner as "N.Harinath"

instead of "N.Harinath Gupta" in CRP No.3438 of 2018.

3. Having perused the affidavit, filed in support of the petition, the amendment petition stands allowed.

4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
