This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.276 of 2024 registered against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 296, 115, 126 and 315 of B.N.S. Act, on the file of 1 st respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed through e-filing on 17.11.2024 before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Bhavani.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 2/4
