This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent Police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders" by an order dated 24.03.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6672 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Special Court for NDPS &EC Act Cases, Chennai on every alternate Monday at 10.30 a.m., apart from the Court hearing dates, except unavoidable circumstances until further orders.
