Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to pass orders on the representation dated 04.09.2004 and consequently execute a rectification deed to the Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds dated 18.10.2013 vide Doc.No.2502/2013 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Adyar, thereby restricting the mortgage to 1921 sq.ft. of UDS out of the total extent of 3600 sq.ft.
