This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking for modification of condition imposed in paragraph No.6(c) of the order dated 19.09.2023.

2. Heard Mr.S.Durai Kannan, learned counsel for petitioner and carefully considered the grounds raised in the modification petition.

3. This Court is not satisfied with the grounds raised and hence, the condition imposed by this Court cannot be modified. However, as a last chance, the petitioner is given an opportunity to deposit 20% of the compensation amount fixed by the trial Court within a period of four (4) weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted and if this condition is not complied with, clause 6(e) of the order dated 19.09.2023 will automatically come into play. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of in the above 2/4

terms.
