The petitioner/A6 seeks bail in S.C.No.111 of 2020 now pending on the file of the learned III Additional Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur, Poonamallee.

2.Originally, Crime No.624 of 2018 had been registered by the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 120(B), 341, 342, 147, 148, 294(b), 435, 506(ii), 302 r/w 149 of IPC. 3.It is seen from the records that Non Bailable Warrant had been issued against the petitioner on 10.02.2021 and it was executed only on 14.06.2023 after more than two years. In the order dismissing bail application by the learned trial Judge, it had been very specifically observed that the charges could not be framed only because the petitioner has been absconding and Non Bailable Warrant was pending. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the charges have now been framed.

5.But however, this propensity to abscond is evident on the face of record.

vkr 7.At this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
