Crl.O.P.No.27500 of 2024 rst 2.This petition has been filed seeking to enlarge the petitioners on bail, who were arrested for being in possession of 139.500 Kgs of Ganja, which is commercial quantity.

3.When the matter was listed on 02.12.2024 and 09.12.2024, there was no representation for the petitioners. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 16.12.2024. Even on that day, there was no representation and hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Today also there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is inclined to dismiss the present petition.
