This civil revision petition is filed against the fair and final order dated 06.10.2017 passed in Tr.OP.No.127 of 2016 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruppur. 1/4

The petitioners filed petition for transfer of suit in OS.No.12 of 2015 from the file of the District Munsif Court, Palladam to the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tiruppur to club with OS.No.479 of 2014 for joint trial. Now the suit in OS.No.479 of 2014 itself was disposed of and the appeal is also pending.

Therefore, nothing survives in this civil revision petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
