O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to consider his representation dated 09.09.2024 seeking issuance of patta in respect of property situated in old No.297/2A and New S.No.776/6, with an extent if 5 cents in Palathottam Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

2. By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the above mentioned property was purchased by the petitioner under registered sale deed dated 22.10.2010. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 09.09.2024 before the third respondent seeking issuance of patta and the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes 2/4

notice for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has to submit a proper on-line application seeking issuance of patta and if such application is submitted, the same will be considered, on merits, in accordance with law.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the petitioner to file on-line application seeking issuance of patta with supporting document within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. On filing of such application by the petitioner within stipulated time, the third respondent shall consider the same and pass final orders on its own merits, after issuing necessary notice to all the interested parties within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
