This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to preserve the CCTV footages including both audio and video, of all cameras inside and outside the Court Hall of Subordinate Court, Harur from 19.08.2024 at 10.30 hours to 21.08.2024 at 13.30 hours.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. The Registrar General, High Court, Madras is suo motu impleaded as 2nd respondent in this petition.

4. Considering the nature of allegations made by the petitioner against the Presiding Officer, Subordinate Court Harur, Public Prosecutor - K.G.Saravanan, K.Dhivya-Advocate and D.Vidhya(wife) and A.Dhanasekaran (father-in-law), the Registrar General is directed to give directions to the first respondent-Chief Administrative Officer, Dharmapuri District to preserve the CCTV footages including both audio and video, of all cameras inside and outside the Court Hall of Subordinate Court, Harur from 19.08.2024 at 10.30 hours to 21.08.2024 2/4

at 13.30 hours.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
