ORDER

Mr.S.Silmbannan, learned Senior Counsel for Mr.S.Balaganesh, learned counsel for the respondent submit that in pursuance of the earlier orders of this Court, he would invite my attention to the case status to fortify his contention that as directed by this Court on the earlier occasion, counter affidavit has indeed been filed on 08.07.2024 (e.filed) itself, though physical copy was filed later.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seriously objected to the said statement of the learned Senior Counsel regarding the filing on 08.07.2024 and contends that there was no necessity to e-file the counter and counter could have been physically filed.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Senior Counsel for the respondent that the counter has been e-filed on 08.07.2024 which is evidenced by the case status being https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

issued by the Registry, I am satisfied with the submission of the learned Senior Counsel for the respondent that the respondent has filed the counter within time stipulated by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, by order dated 27.06.2024 in OSA.(CAD) No.57 of 2024.
