2. Heard the learned counsels on either side. 3/8

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the 2nd line of paragraph No. 6 of the order dated 24.10.2024, it has been erroneously typed as 10th respondent, instead of 5th to 12th respondents. Therefore, it is submitted that requisite corrections may be made in the said order.

4. This Court perused the order dated 24.10.2024, more particularly in paragraph No.6 finds that it has been erroneously typed as as 10th respondent, instead of 5th to 12th respondents and also in date of the order is wrongly typed as 24.09.2024 instead of 24.10.2024. Therefore, the same is requires to be corrected.

5. Accordingly, paragraph No.6 of the order dated 24.10.2024 shall stand replaced with the following paragraph:

''6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the 5th to 12th respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations dated 19.01.2023 and 11.10.2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
