PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to transfer order in No.Pani4/8399/TNSTC/Dpuri/2023, dated 26.10.2023, issued by the 2nd respondent and relieving order in E1/167/Salem Branch/TNSTC(Salem)/2023 dated 30.10.2023 issued by the third respondent transferring and relieving the petitioner to Thenkanikottai Branch and to quash the same and issue consequential direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to work at Salem Branch, Hasthampattin Route Nos. 170B, 170C and 170D.
