The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 309 days in preferring the above criminal revision against the judgment dated 14.08.2018 made in Criminal Appeal No.95 of 2018, on the file of the learned II Additional District Sessions Judge, Erode, confirming the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, (Fast Track Court No.II), Erode in S.T.C.No.1 of 2013, dated 12.02.2018.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

vji Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay of 309 days in preferring the above revision, is condoned subject to payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority within a period of one week from the date of receipt of this order, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
