This application has been filed by the applicant/ plaintiff/decree-holder to set aside the exparte order dated 20.07.2023 made in E.P DR No.13596 of 2022 in C.S No.609 of 2007 passed by the learned Master of this Court.

2. Though notice was served on the respondents 1 & 2, they had not entered appearance. Hence, they are called absent and set exparte.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the E.P DR No.13596 of 20022, if it is otherwise in order.
