The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, summon was issued to the petitioner, however, she did not turn up for enquiry.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner herein to appear before the respondent police and cooperate with the enquiry. Failing which, coercive steps shall be taken.
