This application has been filed by the applicant to extend the time for completion of arbitration proceedings for a period of eight months.

2. Considering the stage on which the arbitral proceedings are at, this Court is inclined to extend the time for a further period of eight (8) months from today. The learned Arbitral Tribunal is requested to complete the proceedings and pass an Award within the said period of eight (8) months and the respective parties are also directed to co-operate with the learned Arbitral Tribunal.
