2. Consequently, the order of attachment dated 09.03.2021 in I.A.No.3 of 2021 in Arbitration Case No.VKT/SF/132/2020 of the Arbitral Tribunal attaching the immovable properties of the applicant is directed to be raised.

3. Accordingly, this Arbitration Application stands disposed of.

4. Registry is directed to transmit the copy of this order to the concerned SRO at Thiruppuvanam, through the Principal District Court, Sivagangai.
