(The case has been heard through video conference) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 1st respondent to consider the appeal filed under Section 12 of Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act, 1987. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the appeal has been considered by 2nd respondent and it has been rejected by an order dated 12.02.2020 and he has produced the copy of order.

3. Recording his submissions, this Writ Petition stands dismissed with liberty to challenge the order passed by the 2nd respondent, if he so advised and the learned Government Pleader is directed to serve the copy of order passed by the 2nd respondent to the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. No costs.
