Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1/4

praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to cancel the patta issued in favour of the 7th respondent vide No.764 which was fraudulently obtained for the Survey Nos.176/3 and 11/5 based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2024. ORDER

Aggrieved by the grant of patta in favour of the 7th respondent, that too fraudulently, the petitioner had submitted a representation on 29.01.2024 to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation and pass orders to cancel the patta.

2.This representation has been hanging on fire, all this while. Therefore, mandamus is issued to the 3rd respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 29.01.2024 and pass orders within a period of three weeks from the date of 2/4

receipt of a copy of this order.
