By order dated 20.12.2021, the defendant was set ex parte and the matter was listed before the learned Additional Master No.I for recording ex parte evidence of the plaintiff. An affidavit dated 17.10.2022 was filed along with exhibits. By this application, the applicant seeks to eschew the said affidavit.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the said affidavit referred to a photocopy of the employment agreement, whereas the original is now available. It is also stated that a compensation statement was inadvertently filed.

3. Upon considering the above submissions, the applicant is permitted to file a fresh affidavit by way of evidence along with exhibits.
