2. The petitioner alleges encroachment on the street in S.No.91/1, Karikapatti Village, Mettur Taluk.

3. Learned State Government Pleader submits that the property would be inspected, surveyed and if encroachment is found, necessary action, in accordance with law, would be undertaken.
