Mr.T.C.Gopalakrishnan, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed challenging the demand notice dated 10.11.2019 published in the official website of the respondents and consequently, directing the respondents to accept the previous assessed tax for the petitioner's premises by considering their representation dated 05.12.2018.

3. It is represented by both sides that in view of the recent decision taken by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.150, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MA.IV) Department dated 19.11.2019, the grievance expressed by the petitioner does not exist any more.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of, as no further order is necessary. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
