Prayer : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third, fourth and fifth respondents to return to the petitioner the original Sale Deed Virugambakkam Sub-Registrar Office Document No.1694/87 dated 27.05.1987 and Original Sale Deed Virugambakkam Sub-Registrar Office Document No.1698/87 dated 27.05.1987.

The writ petition has been filed to direct the third, fourth and fifth respondents to return to the petitioner the original Sale Deeds dated 27.05.1987.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that final report has been filed on 28.07.2017 before the Hon'ble Special Judge for cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act, Chennai for the closure of FIR in Crime No.7/AC/2004/CC II.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
