ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to give permission to have ingress and egress to the petitioner's land.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give permission to have ingress and egress to the petitioner's land situated in S.No.149/2, 150/1, 151/1, 152 through S.No.149/1 in Varadharaja Perumal Village, Poonamallee Taluk, Thiruvallur District acquired in the name of the 2nd respondent and drain- cumutility Duct maintained by the 3rd respondent. In this regard, the petitioner has given many representations before the respondents, however, the said representations were rejected. Hence, this writ petition.

3. In reply, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the land in dispute is now vested with the Government of Tamil Nadu. Hence, this Court may direct the petitioner to give a representation before the first respondent.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the petitioner to give a representation before the first respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such receipt, the first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereof.
