Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. However, he seeks liberty for the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal. 2.As the similar relief has been sought for by another similarly placed person before the Central Administrative Tribunal, which is still pending consideration, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.Ps stand closed.
