This application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 10 days in filing the Original Petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, challenging the award passed by the arbitral Tribunal dated 22.05.2024 on the file of this Court. 2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application seeking condonation of delay.

3.The respondent has filed a counter affidavit objecting to the application seeking condonation of delay. However, I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and the delay is being nearly 10 days, no serious prejudice would be caused to the respondent.

4.The application is allowed and the delay of 10 days in filing the OP challenging the award passed by the arbitral Tribunal dated 22.05.2024 is condoned.
