ORDER
The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to measure the petitioner's land measuring 18 cents, comprised in S.No.171/1C1B, Pennakonam(North) Village, Kunnam Taluk, Perambalur District and fix the boundaries and further directing the 3rd respondent to give police protection while measuring the said land and fixing the boundaries by the respondents 1 & 2 within the time that may be fixed by this Court.
2. In respect of the property at S.No. 171/1C1B situated at Pennakonam(North) Village, Kunnam Taluk, Perambalur District, in order to survey the land and to identify the four boundaries the petitioner had given an application on 02.11.2021 and necessary fee also to that effect has been paid on the same date by the petitioner.
3. Despite the said application, since so far the land has not been 2/5
surveyed by the respondents, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition with the aforestated prayer.
4. Mr.P.Mani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterating the aforesaid would seek indulgence of this Court.

Heard Mrs.N.Senthil Selvi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, who would submit that, the application submitted by the petitioner for survey the land of the petitioner would be considered and the needful would be undertaken within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
6. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition and having regard to the said stand taken by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order: That there shall be a direction to the first and second respondents to act upon on the application submitted by the petitioner dated 02.11.2021 and do the needful with regard to the 3/5
survey of the land in question within a period of six(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
