ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent police to provide protection to the petitioner's life, liberty and immovable property extending to an extent of 5 acres in Survey No.225/2B of Salivaram Revenue Village, Denkanikotta Taluk, Krishnagiri District from the illegal and unlawful acts of the respondents 3 to 6.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.
Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 6 herein and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of the judgment passed in
S.A.No.1399 of 2013 dated 02.02.2024 and the same was confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP.No.20369 of 2024 dated 12.08.2024, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
