3. The said Crl.O.P.No.14725 of 2017 was filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9025 of 2017 dated 05.05.2017 and the same was dismissed for default on 09.11.2017.

4. In fact, even today, no one represented on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through pleader.

5. Therefore, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed for default.
