This petition has been filed seeking to cancel the interim anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 1 and 2 in Crl.O.P.No. 16611 of 2024, dated 15.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner/De-facto complainant would submit that this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the respondents 1 and 2 by order dated 15.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No. 16611 of 2024. However, the respondents 1 and 2 have not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 15.07.2024.

4. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner/de-facto complainant as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 23.01.2025 MSM 2/3
