O R D E R

This Contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.26790 of 2018 dated 19.11.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that a Closure Report was already filed before

2 Cont.P.No.2152of 2019 the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ponneri on 03.09.2010 and this Closure Report is not available in the Court records. The learned counsel further submitted that on the same set of facts, the petitioner has already filed a private complaint before the Principle District and Sessions Court, Tiruvallur and the same has been numbered as S.C.No.62 of 2015. The learned counsel therefore submitted that the respondent Police cannot now conduct a parallel investigation in view of the subsequent development.

3.Taking into consideration the above development, there shall be a direction to the respondent to once again file the Closure Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ponneri and the same shall be taken on record. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, he can work out his remedy in accordance with law. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
