C.M.P.No.21991 of 2022 in C.M.A.No.1790 of 2022 N.MALA, J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to permit the petitioner to withdraw 50% of the award amount deposited to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.22 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Sub Court) Madurantagam.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in need for his medical treatment and setting up a shop to eke out his livelihood.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount (i.e. Rs.4,90,527.50/-) of Rs.9,81,055/- lying to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.22 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Sub Court) Madurantagam, by making proper application before the Tribunal.

Post the matter for final disposal on 20.06.2023.
