This petition has been filed to modify the condition (a) and (c) imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.00 a.m, for the period of four weeks to alternate days for two weeks and another condition that the petitioner shall not leave the India without the prior permission of the Court in Crl.O.P. No. 23534 of 2024 dated 17.10.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner and considering the reason stated by the petitioner that he is working in Abroad, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in 7(c) and to modify the condition 7(a) imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every alternate days at 10.30a.m. for a period of 15 days.

4. Since this petition is pending for modification of the order dated 17.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No. 23534 of 2024, time already granted by this Court to execute the sureties is extended for another period of one month. 13.11.2024 nsl https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
