ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction the 4th respondent to arrest the 5th respondent who illegally married 6th respondent as second marriage while petitioner is alive based on the petitioner complaint dated 18.10.2016. 2.

The petitioner seeks direction to the 4th respondent based on the petitioner's representation, dated 18.10.2016. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised. 3.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
