This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court by an order dated 30.01.2025 passed an order in Crl.M.P.No.14961 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.190 of 2024, however, in the order copy, inadvertently a typographical error has occurred, wherein instead of Crl.M.P.No.14961 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.190 of 2024, it has been mentioned as Crl.M.P.No.14961 of 2024 in Crl.RC.No.378 of 2024 and the same requires to be rectified. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions. 3.

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue order copy afresh.
