This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22546 of 2024 on 26.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court EC & NDPS, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the case has already been taken up for trial in C.C.No.718 of 2024 on the file of the Principal Special Judge EC & NDPS Court, Chennai.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22546 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
