ORDER

This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025.

2. This case is registered for alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 498-A and 506(i) of the Indian Penal Code. The incident occurred on 24.06.2018. This case arises out of a marital discord. Presently, the wife is said to be in Germany. The husband is working in the United States of America. The case is pending from the year 2021. The parties are neither compromising nor conducting the case.

3. In view thereof, in exercise of power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the case in C.C.No.347 of 2021 of Additional Mahila Court, Namakkal Taluk, Namakkal, shall stand closed. As and when parties come back to India, there will be liberty to them to approach this Court to reopen the matter if necessary.

4. Accordingly, this Suo Motu Transfer Case is disposed of. 18.09.2025 grs electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
