This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 569 days in filing the appeal.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents 1 and 4 was exparte before the Tribunal and hence notice to the respondents 1 and 4 may be dispensed with and has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle. 3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, notice to the respondents 1 and 4 is dispensed with. Mr.P.Suresh Srinivasan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 569 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
